Instrument Specialist

Procurement of instrumentation. Support of sales, project and after-sales department concerning issues on instrumentation. Calculation of valves according to specifications. Preparation of documents concerning instrumentation.

Job requirements:
• Education: HBO technical (electrical engineering/mechanical engineering/measurement and control)
• Good level of written English, reasonable level of oral English is required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the oil and gas or chemical industry
• Well-developed negotiation skills

After an internal training at Airpack, you will be responsible for:

1. Design and quality control of instrumentation (includes calculation of valves according to specifications).
2. Procurement of instrumentation in cooperation with project department
3. Super vision and checking of instrumentation part of P&ID.
4. Preparation of instrument instructions for instruction manual and other documentation required for the project concerning instrumentation.
5. Inspection of quality of incoming goods.
6. Checking of purchase invoices.
7. Support to sales, project and after-sales department concerning problems and other issues with instrumentation.
8. Registering of complaints and remarks in the complaints logbook according to ISO.
