Dryer packages

The air and gas dryer package consists of a complete skid mounted dryer of several types. Each dryer will be designed according to its required dewpoint, operating capacity, pressure and temperature.

Along with the dryer itself all types of filters in single or duplex configuration, control panels, PLC, instruments, valves etc. These parts can be applied in all types and materials available to the market. Airpack designs and manufactures according to ASME VIII div. 1 standard and in stainless steel and explosion proof variant.

Pressure dew points up to –80 °C under pressure can be obtained for heatless regenerated and heat regenerated dryers. Refrigerated dryers can achieve pressure dewpoints up to 3 °C. A complete air or gas dryer with a dedicated air or gas compressor will be packaged together onto a common skid.

Airpack has several dryer types available like • heatless regenerated dryers; • heat regenerated dryers; • refrigerated dryers.

Dryer comparison
•	heatless regenerated dryers: low capital costs, low energy consumption and low/high capacities;
•	heat regenerated dryers: medium capital costs, high energy consumption and low/medium capacities;
•	refrigerated dryers: medium/high capital cost, medium energy consumption and medium capacities.
